Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and in their original condition.
- Sale items cannot be returned.
- Personalised items can only be returned if they arrive damaged or broken.
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered cannot be returned.
Return Process

- We will provide instructions for returning your item, including our returns address.
- Ship the item back to us securely. We recommend using a tracked service.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
Exchanges
- We are happy to exchange items for a different size, colour, or product.
- Please contact us first to confirm availability before returning your item.
- Exchanges are free of charge for faulty items; customers cover shipping for other exchanges.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the damage. We will provide a replacement or refund free of charge.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
